the life at srm.... its been the best so far in my life... the first day was the most memorable one... fortunately that day happened to be my bday ... 23 jul 2004 ... first year first day first time to a college.. u cant expect anything else other than butterflies here and there around me... school friends wishing me good luck .... i met a whole new batch of budding just passed out of school guys there in college... the atmosphere was strange for me... anyways... good things seem to be bitter at the beginning... the first year passed with brisk pace as i managed to make some real good friends when i participated in some dept activities.... chandru, raja , preethi were those i came to know then....the second year was interesting.... i still wont forget the day when i was sitting in programming lab and when the circular came... it had the names of those who were chosen for the CSEA( computer science engg association)... since i was involved in some of the dept activities i thought i had been included as an active member ... but i was shocked to see my name against the post of JOINT SECRETARY... added responsibility just as i cud begin my college life... first task ahead of the dept was the national conference.. and then the open house .... in all these i had good times with the ppl around me ... earned good name and friends... harish, krithika, shivaram, sajith and prasanth.. all these ppl are still my assets.... at the end of the second year .... sajith, prasanth, chandru and myself were the recognised lot ... nothing new wud happen without our knowledge... we planned for the mega event by the end of the second year... the <<<<7th>>>>> .... raghuram and raghavendran were not getting involved much . but they were real good friends of mine in the class... two years passed in the way just more than wat i had expected from it...
the 3rd year.... it was big... we had so many things to do ... i believe my college started somwhere during the second week of june and july 1st week was the last days i attended classes for that sem ... awesome... everyday we use to bunk classes and were quite occupied with the busy work for the symposium.... well am sure that i cant explain those experiences here... prob i will write that as a seperate blog,... we the 4 guys had lots to do in the dept during the odd sem .. we were quite happy abt tat ... and amongst these was the industrial visit to hyd.... ohh god ... that was the time i realised the support i had from my batch mates.... at the end of the odd semester with so much things just happened... we were all enjoying the ripe moments of college life when the placements just arrived....
i saw the unity among my friends then ... chandru,prasanth,sajith,venki,preethi,krithika,raji.... we all sat together to prepare. though i dint give my best during the preparations i was lucky enough to get in thru tcs... it was a big sign of relief for me but was not that happy as chandru and preethi were depressed that they cudn get thru even after clearing the first round... anyways... it all ended up fine and good for everyone... chandru was happy when the next company came. .. and preethi a couple after that... so 3rd year came to a successful end with all my friends into the companies... it was a gr8 feel for me that i had done something worthy of the 3 yrs of money i spent at srm....
final year was a mixed bag of emotions .... it started off well for me when i was promoted and got appointed as the chairman but as quoted by balaji sir " i just remained as the chairman of an association that had no members"... the whole association was restructured cos of one ................(dash) of a lady and so i had no support or interest to work for the same .... but it turned out to be the time when i enjoyed the most... i might have missed from my responsibilities... but i enjoyed a lot ... i used to go out so frequently with my friends almost everyday ..... so i was happy with that... and of all the things that happened in the final year was my project... ultimate comedy .... till date i don even know wat my project had.... and ofcourse this truth is quite familiar amongst my friends... chandru, preethi , prasanth and myproject partner ... SUNDARI
hats off to this gal ... she had the determination to complete something that cud satisfy the external... anyways .. 4 yrs of struggled life came to a successful end....
most of all i now list the events that will remain in me forever...
1.7th sense and the days i worked with my friends
2.the days chandru,me and venki used to prepare for sem exams...
3.the days we organised the industrial visit....
4.the national conferences
5.the days i went outing with my friends...
and lots more...
